After removing SAM from Cydia, my phone is stuck at the activation screen. Now what?

hi there,
i tried to unlock my iphone 4 16gb with the help of SAm but it did not do any good
i removed SAM from cydia. cydia automatically restarted my iphone and now my iphone asks me to activate my cell phone.
what should i do?

You probably need a sim card of the carrier that the phone is branded for in order for it to activate. Doesn't have to be an active sim.
