After ios upgrade 9.3.2 can't enable iphone unlock with touch id, on my iphone 5s, when i click enable, it says FAILED, unable to complete touch id, please go back and try again. How to fix this?

Did you set up your device as new? THe reason I ask is because simply updating the iOS version shouldn't have any effect on the security settings. Anyway, have you tried cleaning your finger(s) AND the Home button first?
