OFF TOPIC: Banned from User CP pages?

I know this is WAY off topic and my first post, but I don't see a help thread here, so I'm posting it here

Whenever I go to the User CP and click on Edit Avatar, I get this message
"1337K1N6, you do not have permission to access this page."
I also get this error when I click any of the other links in the User CP...

Why can't I access these pages?

I'm sorry again for posting here, don't flame or troll me please. Why can't I access these pages??

I think you have to have a few posts before you can edit any of that stuff...they want to make sure you're not a troll before giving you the ability to customize your account. And since you have 1 post, you haven't put the work in yet...

Oh ok. Thanks. I'm not a troll or anything lol, I was just trying to find out why I couldn't access those pages. Issue resolved, mod please lock.

Yup, you need 10 posts before CP unlocks. It's not for trolls, it's for spammers who sign up accounts just to dump porn and advertising links in profile pages. Sorry for the hassle!
