Anyone know how to annotate Image Files

Anyone have any suggestions for an iPad app where you can load the image, and then make notes on the file, which can then be saved.

Adobe Ideas is kind of what I'm after, but isn't really made for purpose.

Any ideas?

Types text on your images, with any font, color, text size and effects. Results in a good quality images. You can edit and delete captions you make. Give it a try.
