I’ve had a 13” early 2015 128 GB for almost three years now. It’s a great laptop and I think I’ll replace either later this year, sometime next year, or the year after.

I have a question about the Retina display: is it laminated like on the iPhone 7 Plus and iPad Pros, or is it a non laminated display like the 9.7” iPad and iPhone SE?

Near as I can tell, it is a laminated display.

Apple introduced Retina MacBook Pros in 2012. The 2015 you have has essentially the same display as was introduced then. During the keynote where it was introduced, they talk about making the display thinner and getting rid of the need for a cover glass. You can see this starting at about 38 minutes.

As near as I can tell, what Apple describes in 2012 is what we now call a laminated display.
