Unlock/Lock and Keyboard Sounds

I recently installed and reinstalled Opennotifier on my phone running 5.1.1 jailbreak. After doing the process doing a reset and so on and even after uninstalling completely, my lock and keyboard sounds are completely gone. I still get notification sounds and such but those particular sounds are gone. Anyone else have these issues? if so, how did you fix them?
