I couldn't get it to work with Jpegifer either. I just use the wallpapers included with the lockscreen. There are 4 folders with 10 wallpapers each. I use the one named city.

No problem. Another option is to import whatever images u want into one of those folders. Just make sure the sizes of the images match

I was able to Jailbreak my iPad 4.. and I have no idea how to install any of these themes I see online.. or do any of these cool features you all are doing. is there someone on here that tells you how or can someone point me in the right direction?

As for installing themes, the easiest way for you would be to dl Winterboard and apply ur theme that way. Make sure it's iPad compatible first before u dl it. Good luck
