Mms on tmobile

Have a 3G can not get mms to work installed fix with Cydia from pushinfo and put in apn settings at first I could send and not receive now I can receive ( delayed like 20 min) and send gos 90 percent and gets stuck then after like 5 min I get the red ! I have tried every apn I could find and the sad part is I have done this multiple times on other unlocked 3G with out a issue. It's JB on 4.2.1 with bb 6.15.00 and unlocked any one know away to make this work ? Internet works fine btw
