iphone 4 help

I have an Iphone 4 jailbroken with greenpoison running 4.2.1 and baseband 3.10.01 ran ultrasnow but have read several articles that say it is not unlockable is this true. If it is true is the Gevey sim a good solution for a tmobile carrier in the US. Any help would be great thanks

3.10.01 is not unlockable via ultrasn0w. Only software unlockable baseband via ultrasn0w is 1.59.00.

Gevy SIM will work.

But be aware that most using the Gevey may be illegal since you need to call Emergency Services and hang up.
