Bricked my 3gs trying to reset it! HELP!

I reseted my jailbroken 3gs through settings>general>reset>erase all
now i have the apple logo and it goes on and off... itunes wont detect it either.
what can i do?

i also just got the same problem you have. i dont know what to do either. im hoping someone here that is much smarter about JB can help us.

im trying to reset my 3gs to sell it cause i got my iphone4.

anyone here want to help a few JB "semi-novices"?

U wiped the OS from ur phone. Put the phone into DFU mode then restore using iTunes.

I have this problem, but my phone just won't turn on. I tried the whole restore process, and that doesn't work. I can't get it in DFU mode because nothing appears when I press both the power and the home buttons.

Ur phone is probably completely dead. Try leaving it plugged in overnight if posible, then try to get it into recovery or dfu mode. Goodluck
