Cydia not responding

Cydia on my iPhone is not responding.
It opens up and starts to load but
then its back to the home screen.
Any suggestions

Hmmm...might be time for a full restore and rejailbreak.

i found a way to do it, but I don't know the correct commands on the mobile terminal.
I need to delete some files that are not allowing it to open.
any clues or walkthoughts that you mightr know about?
