HELP QUICK quickpwn.exe problem

im trying to unlock my iphone 2G so when i take out my AT&T sim card my T-mobile one will work i started by downloading all the neccessary files but then i hit a wall please help!!! see the picture below illustrates my problem

i read the 2.2 notice and the 2.1 setup including post #10 what am i missing?

Do what it says... simple as that. You need to update .NET Framework.
