QuickPawn Crashes

I am trying to Jailbreak My IPhone 3G on my PC and QuickPawn22-1.exe crashes
Files In Folder include
iPhone1,2_2.2_5G77_Restore.ipsw
QuickPwn22-1.exe
BL-46.bin
BL-39.bin

am i missing anything i have downloaded QuickPwan 5 times
tried with ITunes running and all Itunes apps/services closed out.

Please help

What OS are you running? Is .net framework up to date?

I updated .net thru windows update,
i am running windows xp pro

Should have asked this before but are you getting any sort of error code to go along with the crash?

the only error i get is a error that states that quickpwn has encountered a error and needs to close.

are you updated to the newest itunes I believe it is 8.0.2???
