Having trouble with Two-Step Authentication

So, I am currently in a dispute with my carrier, and I don't have cellular service at the moment. Also, the most recently active phone has a broken screen. So, I've been trying to access my iTunes account via other devices and my desktop (both of which have been authorized to my account), however it will only send the authorization code to the phone with the broken screen. The strange thing is, I've been using my other devices and desktop throughout the day to download from iTunes, however now, all of a sudden, it is asking me for this authorization code. Any ideas?

Do you plan on using the phone with the broken screen? Is the phone number still with this broken phone? The phone number is associated with your Apple account.
