iTunes for PC Backup

Hello. I am switching from a Mac to a PC, and I'm wondering if all my movies, tv shows, podcasts, songs, etc will transfer via iCloud? Some I purchased off iTunes, some I purchased off my windows phone, and some are digital copies (movies).

The iTunes support site has full instructions on how to move your library from one computer to another. Follow those, and you're set.

I like windows more, and no Mac has a touch screen. I got the Vizio Touchscreen All in One 27 inch (CA27T-A5). I used to have a MacBook Pro, 2010 model.
