Can I Get the Photos from my stolen iPod?

On Monday my iPod Touch 4th gen got stolen and I was wandering if there was a way to get the photo's off it through iTunes or iCloud? Or is there somewhere my Photos will already be stored? Or is there any way I will be able to get them back? as that's what I mainly used my iPod for :/

If you have another I-device with icloud/photostream enabled or a Mac with iCloud configured (I'm not sure about a pc) then all you have to do us logon and access a Wi-Fi connection and your photos should sync to your secondary I-device or computer.

If you back up your iPod, the photo are in there. You just need another iOS device to load that backup on to.

If you have iCloud photo sync on on the iPod .. Get the iCloud control panel assuming you have a windows pc and the pics will stream down ..

Or buy another iPod and restore from iCloud assuming it was setup and pics will restore
