imessage not showing delivered/read

started last night - when I send messaged to other imessage users I don't always get the delivered/read message. Randomly it does send the notification. All the messaged are being received thought.

I have 9.0.2 and mine is doing it also

They don't always show "delivered". Depends on the circumstances. And "read" only shows if the other person has it enabled in Settings.

Mine wasn't showing delivered but they were going through. It doesn't matter now my 6S+ is fine

If the recipient doesn't have the "Send Read Receipt" option enabled, you will not get the "read" notice. Also, if the recipient's phone is off, in Airplane mode or is talking on the phone, you may not get the "delivered" notice.
