Light scratches on phone anyway to fix them

So does anyone know how to remove light scratches I had dirt on my microfiber cloth when cleaning screen between screen protectors I made 3 or 4 light scartches not deep enough for fingernail or change display appearance! Just annoying

If it can't be buffed out with the cloth, I don't know what to tell you. Sorry.

I just bought some scratch remover review says it work for surface scratches not deep one so hopefully it works
