Weird coil whine noise from iPhone Xs Max

I accidentally discovered this and don't know if it's common or not.

If I hold on my phone's right bottom speaker (while the phone is on) to my ear, but very close, I can hear like a buzzing noise, or coil whine if you will.

Does anybody else have that?

Sounds like the flux capacitor isn't producing the required 1.21 gigawatts. You need to find a bolt of lightning asap.

Sorry, I'm site comic relief. Yes, I failed miserably.

Seems like I got something similar on my 7+ once but a reboot resolved it. Hopefully someone will be along soon that may have the answer.
