iPhone XR rear camera/flashlight not working

My son's phone flew off the back of a car the front screen was cracked all the way around and back cover case was cracked up too. I replaced the screen and the only thing that doesn't work is the rear camera and flashlight. Any help would be appreciated.

Seems like buying a new phone would be your best solution, although obviously not what you’re wanting to hear. It could be a bad camera sensor and flash (flying off of a car will do that) or it could be the logic board. Hard to tell. Maybe bring it into an Apple Store or authorized service center and have them look at it.

If you purchased Apple Care + or another form of insurance for your son’s phone, I recommend you use it to get the phone replaced.
