Hi I hope some can assist me please, thanks in advance.

I have an iPhone SE and iTunes all up to date and an up to date Win10 pc.

I have the "track" which I'd like as a text alert on my phone.

I've converted the item to m4r and dragged it to "Tones" in iTunes.

This only appears to be a "Song" in my phone and not a "Tone".

The track is only over a second long.

Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong please.

Ok, so I’ve tried to put another m4r item into tones without success.
So I removed the initial one incase they are somehow having same names as it is an amendment to the initial m4r item but still no joy
