How can I get Bloggers and other to review my app?

I've had an app developed based on an e-book/printed book which I wrote (100 Creative presentation ideas - for iPhone and iPad).
I am looking for ways to promote it and thought that giving leading bloggers a copy for review can be a good place to start.
Can you suggest blogs and other site I should turn to in order to have them review the app?

Find blogs that have good traffic and tell them about your product or service. You can also pay for the review of your product or service that will be placed in their blog, thus giving you links and traffic. Other than bloggers the reviews from sites and experts specializing in your niche can also add popularity for your app.
