How to clean iPhone 7 ear speaker

Can I use the whoosh cleaner the cloth that comes with the liquid just the cloth that's dry to clean the ear speaker lightly ?

I use the dry cloth to clean my iPhone screen and the last time I used a cloth on a previous iPhone I shined to much the ear speaker.

I usually just use compressed air, at a 45° angle. Tends to blow any dust and debris right out the opposite side.
