I've been having a tough time trying to figure out Apple's model numbers for their iPhones and what will and won't work on other carriers. I have the 6s that's sold by T-mobile (Model MKR62LL/A) which i think is technically model A1688, but I don't know for sure if this will work on Verizon where I plan to switch to when I pay this off. Can anyone help me in figuring this out?

Sure!

Just look here:

iPhone - View countries with supported LTE networks - Apple

And you were right, T-Mobile's model is A1688. Which is the same as Verizon.

So it will work =)

Thanks a lot for the info! Love that Apple made this phone so versatile in the US. I'm moving to a place where T-Mobile service is very spotty and didn't want to have to buy a new iPhone just to use the Verizon service. That's very strong.
