Media and Browser Apps disappeared/ not working
It started last night when I went to use Soundhound - it wasn't in the Media Folder I had created.
Then I discovered other "missing" apps - all seemed sound/media related.
However, now I have found that Google Maps and Chrome are also affected amongst others.
If I go to the App Store to reinstall them, they are shown to be on the phone. However, "Open" is in faint lettering and it is impossible to open them.
Most of these problem apps have been relatively recently updated (over a number of days) and, looking at the Updates list they appear with no "Open" button next to them. From this, I see the following are affected:
Google Maps
iPlayer Radio
BBC iPlayer
YouTube
Instagram
Spotify
Google
Chrome
Baby and Child First Aid (plays video)
I have tried resetting the phone to its original settings.
I am running iOS 9.2.1 and have 96.1 GB of space still available.
