The change over checklist..

According to Apple i'll receive my new 6s tomorrow. So before my year old 6 goes into the trash can are these steps correct? Firstly i back it up. Then i turn off iMessage and Facetime?. Then i turn 'Find my Iphone' off? Log out of iCloud? Then logout my Apple ID ? Then i erase?

Anything i missed?

Far as I know you just erase it, then send me your year old six I'll recycle it lol ( just joking FYI )
