New phone but only "Immediately" is available for "Require Passcode" IOS 9.0.1 is installed in this and my 5s but the 5s has several time durations available.

Go to settings , general , autolock then pick your desired length of when you want your phone to autolock

If you are using Touch ID, then you cannot change the time from "immediately".
