If I replace the screen, will the black spots disappear?

Hi, back in October I dropped my iPhone 6s Plus on a tiled floor from a top bunk, and ever since it’s had black spots. My screens more cracked than before that , but if I got an LCD screen replacement would it fix it?

It should fix the issue. If you are having Apple do it for you they will be able to tell you right away.

I’d recommend visiting the Apple Store and hopefully they’ll be able to fix the screen or even replace the iPhone itself.
