4K video problems

Every time I record a video, and then when I play it back, the first 5 seconds are lagging and glitchy and then the video plays normally. It's very annoying. How do I get the whole video to record smoothly?

I don't know. You might try a hard reset.
Hold the top or side power/sleep button and the home button at the same time until the Apple logo appears, then release.

Do you have a way to play 4k video? Maybe that's it. You have to have a 4k compatible player of some type. Try using 1080p. I use 720p. The others take too much storage space on the camera roll.
