It keeps saying update requested but not doing anything on 6 plus

Trying to install IOS 9.1 but it is just say requesting update. I have reset the phone and it is still not working.

Welcome to iMore! Just give it some time. Keep in mind that you have to be connected to wifi for the update to download. Also, the phone needs to be plugged in or over 50% battery for it to install.

If you want to expedite the process do it through iTunes.
