Voicemail custom setup

I just bought my first Iphone 6+. I've been playing with it for a couple weeks on. Went to set up voicemail. I can record a custom message, listen to it but it what save it?. Anyone have any suggestions on what to do???????

Follow US Cellular's instructions on their customer service web site to set up voicemail.

I finally got it to save my message. Thank you
