it's just chinese and so is pangu... i tried it out on the phone of my friend and everything's fine.

Can you please check if scrolling on chat tab is laggy? this is **** me off...LOL!

It shouldn't **** you off or surprise you- thats what happens with beta versions of any software

I'm with you. Not sure about some Chinese developer. Considering whatsapp is supposed to be based from silicone valley.

the chinese site just hosts the file to download, no development site...

My friend, who has a 6, and I both installed it yesterday, works like a dream. We've been chatting in a group with other friends all day and no problems at all. It looks gorgeous on my 6 Plus!

What I've noticed is interactive notifications doesn't work... Yet... And I do have a few issues with their front facing camera.... But other than that it's cool

I'm with you, since China is attacking the economic company secrets of the US and are ignoring all the communication about it with US is it not smart to use stuff of china, employees of chinese goverment are hacking companies secrets across the world.

I just don't want to mess up my phone with malware. If it's not through the Apple Store I am not comfortable with it. Spent way too much on my phone to mess it up.
No political statement on my end.
