siri not remembering pronunciation

I have taught Siri how to pronounce certain things and it says it will remember but it does not. Am I doing something wrong? iOS 7.0.6 jailbroken iphone 5s.

It is a learning algorithm. Maybe the JB is affecting is somehow. Can you provide more details for us to replicate the issue?
