Why is news app not showing on my iphone5 after installing ios9

i believe I had deleted newsstand when I was using ios8.4.. however when I installed ios9 on iPhone 5 the new nes app is not showing

I don't know. How did you install iOS 9? OTA? If so, do a clean install via iTunes on your computer.

I thought my news app was gone too. But I found it on the first screen page I keep clear.
