Physical click from screen

Has anyone developed a physical click it pop when you press the screen? When I press the 4th icon in the second row I get an audible pop (general region as well) . Secondly should this warrant a trip to a Genius Bar for an exchange.

I have not experienced anything like that with my iPhone 5, 4S or 3G. If I were you, I'd take it to a nearby Apple Store for troubleshooting and a probable replacement.

They wouldn't confirm it for me. My kids were getting restless and i just needed to get out the door. Just replaced the screen assembly and everything is working fine. I could actually hear something for a month or two, but it got to the point where I could hear a loud audible pop this week.
