Does anyone else notice that when it vibrates, it vibrates a lot louder and stronger and more obnoxious? I liked the fact that the iPhone 4 and 4S' vibrate was low-key but easy to feel; i feel like the vibrate now is no pretty audible as well as noticeable

They changed the motor. The iPhone 5 uses a rotational motor with a counterweight. The 4 and 4s used a linear-oscillating vibrator.

heck yeah we all want to feel it if we got one or not lol..... i personally like the new motor it is noticeably stronger but its better..

Apple makes the vibration more subtle...people complain.
