att.com/wireless let me sign in and choose which line to upgrade....then gave me an error message.

ps. on my ipad, pc browser says to wait

exactly the same here -- no matter if i log into my account first or if i choose upgrade from their main page, it eventually gives me an error

I got my preorder in for AT&T black 16gb iPhone 5 via the apple store website without any problems. I also got my order confirmation email already. First time preordering. I expected the system to crash but this was painless. Way to go Apple!
