When I got my new 4S, I connected to iTunes and used a back up from my old iPhone 3G to set up my new phone. Now the following settings are locked; email account, iCloud account, location services (can't turn the main location services slider off or on) and the on-off sliders for each app that uses location services are locked.
Do I have to do a restore on my phone and start from scratch in order to unlock these features or is there another way? If i do a restore will I lose all of my contacts, etc? If I do a restore and then use a back up file to load my contacts, will it also load the same settings that I'm having problems with now?
