    Is the iPhone 4s a fully functioning quad band phone? I am a little shaking on this definition. I know it will not work with T-mobile as far as I know. Thanks for any clarification you can give me.

    Yes it is.

    Tmobile's bandwidths are still the issue with using 3G through them on the iPhone...but it can be used.

    Yes with no problem, I had full signal 3G service in Tahiti last week during my vacation.

    Quad band typically refers to GSM 850, 900, 1800 and 1900 IIRC.

    From the specs:
