Help transferring data

I have an iphone 3gs and I just got the iphone 4s. I want to transfer the data from my 3gs to the 4s but I no longer have the computer my 3gs is backed up on. Is there any way to create a new backup or any way to transfer the data to my new 4s?

Is the 3GS updated to iOS 5? If so setup iCloud and do a backup, then when you activate the 4S you can restore from iCloud.

Or hook the 3GS to new comp with iTunes authorize that comp with ur apple I'd .. Do a back up .. Hook up 4s and restore from back up

That would work too since you have to sync music, photos, etc anyway... the backup only contains your settings and data.
