How do I get my iPod 4 to be iOS 8 if I don't have a computer to do it on?

First of all, I *think* the iPod Touch can only update to iOS 8 if it's a 5th generation version. If I'm mistaken, you should be able to connect the device to a Wi-Fi network and then update it by going to Settings - General - Software Update.
