Phone Stolen - any way to get pictures?

Yesterday my phone was stolen on the train. The crook has my location turned off so the cops couldn't find it :-( Saturday was my birthday and it was the best birthday ever and I took pictures. I hadn't backed up my pictures to iPhoto since then :-( and my iCloud was turned off because, at one point, it annoyed me. So is there any way I can get my pictures? If I go to the Genuis Bar, can they turn my iCloud back on? I'd really appreciate any help you can give me.

Also I was jailbroken but I'm not sure if I had any apps that would help me, I'm not sure which ones would.

I realize they might have been wiped by now too, but I'm still willing to try anything...

Not unless you had them automatically uploaded to iCloud.

Sadly there is no way to get an image from it unless you had iCloud Photo Stream enabled and they took photos.
