E-Mail address auto fill in

Even though I deleted my old AOL account and I am using the ME.com address, when I start to type in an address it auto populates from "old" addresses that I really don't want on my phone. HOW CAN I DELETE THESE? Help.

Settings / Safari / AutoFill / Clear All.

It will erase everything, but as long as you leave AutoFill turned on it will remember your new entries for future use.
