iPhone 4: Photos Not Syncing

iPhone 4 16 gb (AT&T)
iOS 4.3.3 (8J2), jailbroken
Windows 7 computer

Recently, my iPhone 4 just stopped syncing new photos. So far, I've tried renaming the folder on my computer that syncs with the iPhone. I also tried renaming the actual .jpg file(s). So far, no luck.

I don't believe storage capacity is an issue as there's plenty of room left on the phone. Any ideas on what to try next?

Dumb question, but I gotta ask: are all the necessary boxes checked off in iTunes? Sync Photos, sync checked, etc? If so, try creating a new folder from scratch and adding different pictures to it--will that sync?

Yes, the boxes are checked in iTunes. I will try creating a new folder and see what happens.
