Help with transfer of contact information

I currently have the current generation of the iPod Touch that has all my contact information. When I get my Verizon iPhone, is there a way to transfer my contact information? Thanks for the help.

If you're already syncing your Touch to your computer, there's nothing to worry about as when you hook up the phone, and go to activate with iTunes, you'll get the opportunity to sync from your computer to your new iPhone. No worries.
