I have noticed since I upgraded my reception is a lot better!
I will say however that my luck with itunes 10 hasn't been so good.
I use a mac and it constantly crashes and I have had to reset the iphone and my isync on my mac so it will not freeze.
It seems to happen most when you mess with the apps screen in itunes.
