4-Way iPhone 4 privacy screen?

Does anyone have any idea as to where I can purchase a 4-way privacy screen for the iPhone 4? I have been unable to find one in my online search. I have found 2-way privacy screens but I want the 4 -way. Thanks in advance for any help someone may be able to offer.

Powersupportusa.com I beleive has 4-way privacy screen protectors. I cannot vouch for them as i have never used one, but i have used power support protectors and they are one of the best out there. If you go with it, let me know how you like it.
