Bootloader

So my problem is that i have an Iphone 3gs 3.1.2 with the latest bootloader 6.4. I was wondering that if i restored to an older firmware for instance like 3.0, would that change the bootloader to like 5.8 or something like that. Any kind of help is appreciated.

No, the bootloader is not changed with firmware changes.
