I'm so sorry to be a pain, but at&t cs was no help to me.
I pre-ordered in store and my card was charged immediately. I got my reciept but it doesn't have an order number on it. I haven't gotten a conformation e-mail and my order isn't showing up on order status.
My card was charged the right amount from that store, and when I called at&t the lady told me I would have to camp out in front of the store that morning before they opened so I could get mine. I don't understand how this would be if I was already charged for it. It just seems a little weird to me how I haven't recieved an email and they have no status on my order even though I was charged for it.
Any help?
