How would I pre order to add a line?

I've searched through the forums but am a little lost with my situation. After having a bad experience with bestbuy, I decided to sell my Bold 9700 because BestBuy wouldn't let me return it before my 30 days was up. Anywho, I'm planning on adding a line to my account to get the iPhone4 (crazy, I know). I see that you can't add a line to your account on the Apple website. I wanted to get it delivered to my house on launch day, is there a way I can pre order online while adding the new line to my account? Do I go into an at&t or apple store? Someone direct me

AT&T store. Can't do family or business accts with apple. It will still be there on launch date.

I think you will probably have to go to AT&T to get that one done.

Like others have said, you have to go in store. A Apple or AT&T store can do it. Just can't do it online.
